Flexible Delivery Options to Fit Your Team’s Needs

Just Lead!™ is a 6 day, modular leadership development program including 6 core modules, taught in a blended learning environment where the goal is learning, not training. It was iniitally designed as an in-person class, but is now also available virtually. An e-learning program will be released in late 2025.  Three additional modules are available, extending the class commitment time to 9 days.  Given the blended learning environment, Just Lead!™ is very effective when offered over several months
