PURPOSE

Build the capabilities to enable anyone in a “coaching” role to effectively coach and develop others to be able to perform and grow to the best of their abilities.

  • Define the goals of your coaching efforts

    • Effectively use the key skills of Performance-based Coaching:

    • Diagnose the performer’s needs

    • Adapt to the most appropriate coaching style to fit the needs

  • Provide feedback that counts

  • Hold difficult conversations and exhibit Leadership Courage to aid your coaching efforts and boost performance and results

  • Apply a model of individual change to improve the effectiveness of your coaching efforts

LEARNING PROCESS

The program provides participants with a proven framework for effectively coaching others. Participants then apply the key principles in a series of interactive practices that enable them to effectively put their coaching capabilities can use immediately after the session.
