PURPOSE
Build the capability to communicate effectively in tough, potentially emotionally-charged and high-conflict communication situations.

How to optimize face-to-face conversations and remote communications by learning to read body language, voice tones, and facial expressions.

LEARNING PROCESS
Courageous Communications is a highly interactive session in which participants will learn and apply the practices of effective communicators in order to sustainably improve the quality of their daily interactions. They will utilize a variety of assessments to better understand their communications comfort zones and potential blind-spots. They will also have the opportunity to practices courageous communications skills and get feedback in a safe environment.
